Bananarchy: A Journal of Desire Peeled, is a zine full of bad puns and doodles straight off the electric typewriter.
We made the zine to make fun of more serious radical periodicals and to lighten the general atmosphere around the radical community which, has become somewhat dour, and understandably so.
Zines, patches, and t-shirts for Bananarchy are available at our shop.
The Anti-Work Collection
This collection if zines was inspired by a mid-spring desire to be outside. Outside of the office, outside of the city, and above all outside of a system that is largely becoming one of what Anarchist- Activist and Anthropologist David Graeber calls, "Bullshit Jobs."
The Anti-work collection doesn't advocate ending work in general, just the kind of labor folks are fed up with: nasty, unfulfilling, and tedious bureaucratic work, among other things.
Gatitos y Burritos is a collection of zines from a wonderful and brilliant author who wrote under the nom-de-plume Gloria Bestefan.
These zines are a snapshot at the awesome and quirky radical community that existed in Santa Cruz, CA around 2010-2011.
From weird anarchist cults around both toast and cats, to weird puns, and obsessions on burritos and dumpster diving, these zines will bring a smile to your day.
This mini zine was developed based on translations courtesy of Nào (闹), a contributor at Libcom. This contains the prose of Xu Lizhi.
These haunting writings display the gradual decline that Xu Lizhi experiences with life on the assembly line, the person losing sense of self, becoming an interchangeable part in a machine intent on satisfying the intense desire to consume in Western Society.
