These works by Gloria Bestefan are a showcase of the Santa Cruz co-op community from 2010-11. Funny, short, and full of puns the zines are meat to inspire people to create, laugh, and share with others. Unfortunately, the fourth issue is lost to time but enjoy the zines available here. Gloria Bestefan has been on hiatus for a couple of years but now that she is back from romping around Europe and living abroad, word is that she's started in on some new material.

[Click image for download] This first issue arose before the rise of two cults in the co-op community. The first cult was dedicated to toast, the always accessible, ever present, and sole source of food for some co-opers. The second cult was dedicated to cats or, pirate cats or, perhaps just cats in general though they may also be pirate cats.
